Lynn Schultz Kehoe




                                          

Lynn Schultz Kehoe founded Sentia Advisors, LLC in 2011 to provide strategic marketing and coaching services to real estate investors. Her professional background spans three decades and includes experience in financial services, real estate investing and consulting. She has successfully created and executed marketing plans and strategies and has been a mentor and coach to numerous junior staffers throughout her career.


​​Lynn previously worked with ORG Portfolio Management as a senior consultant providing real estate advisory services to public pension plans, endowments and foundations.  The scope of these assignments included valuation review of properties and limited partner shares, creating and analyzing request for proposals and assessing suitability of  investment funds for various clients.


Lynn’s professional career began with the Department of Treasury, Office of the Controller of the Currency in the turbulent 1980’s where she advanced quickly.  Her years as a bank examiner provided a strong financial base culminating in a move to employment in commercial banking.  She held increasingly senior positions in loan review, commercial lending, private banking, real estate “work-out” and real estate finance.      


Transitioning to real estate investment management in 1998, Lynn represented the real estate investment management divisions of an international financial conglomerate (ING) and an investment bank (Legg Mason).  During her tenure at these institutions she held senior positions that led or advanced the business development and client relationship functions.  Highlights of her responsibilities included significantly increasing assets under management in both private and public real estate investments (debt and equity) and assisting one of the firm’s in launching real estate hedge funds and publicly traded closed-end funds.  


In 2004 Lynn became a principal at Sarofim Realty Advisors (“Sarofim”) where she was responsible for leading the marketing and client service activities of the firm.  She was a voting member of the Investment Committee and the primary client advocate for investment decisions.  Lynn was instrumental in developing new investment strategies and products for institutional investors, oversaw the preparation and distribution of the firm’s quarterly and annual reports to clients and regularly met with clients to review investment portfolios and address client issues and concerns.  The firm invested in private equity transactions for office, retail, industrial, multifamily and hospitality assets in separate accounts and closed-end funds.


Throughout her career, Lynn has been active in leading training seminars and speaking at industry conferences and events.  She has been a mentor to numerous co-workers both formally and informally.  


Community service and Board membership include positions on the Board of Directors for Stoneleigh-Burnham School, a girl’s private college preparatory school and the Advisory Board of the University of Pennsylvania Institute on Aging,  Board of Directors for the Philadelphia Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women where she was Chair of the organization’s Strategic Planning Committee.  Lynn participates in various philanthropic and charitable organizations including the Alzheimer’s Association, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the National Multiple Sclerosis Foundation.
